Terms of use

Ada is a private AI assistant operated by Alexander for personal and family use. These terms describe the boundaries of that use.

Private access

The public website provides information about Ada. It does not offer registration or grant access to the assistant. Assistant access is limited to people Alexander authorizes. Do not bypass access controls, share credentials, or use another person’s connected account without permission. Authorization may be limited or withdrawn by the operator.

Account-owner responsibility

The account owner is responsible for granting permissions, setting task boundaries, and authorizing access to data and actions taken through Ada. Use only accounts and content you are entitled to access. A family relationship is not permission to read another person’s messages or files.

Permission to connect a Google account is not unlimited authorization to send messages, share files, delete information, or change schedules. Those actions must remain within the account owner’s instructions. Do not use Ada for unlawful, harmful, deceptive, or unauthorized activity.

Review AI outputs and actions

Ada can make mistakes, misunderstand instructions, miss context, or produce incomplete or inaccurate information. Review consequential outputs and actions, including messages, recipients, calendar changes, shared documents, and automated workflows. Independently verify information before relying on it for medical, legal, financial, safety, or other consequential decisions.

Availability and accuracy

Ada is provided on a personal, as-available basis. Availability, accuracy, completeness, and fitness for any particular task are not guaranteed. Access may be interrupted by maintenance, local equipment, network failures, AI-provider changes, or Google authorization limits. Keep independent copies of important information and do not rely on Ada as the sole means of handling an urgent task.

Data and third-party services

Use of the assistant involves the data practices described in the Privacy policy, including storage in Hermes and processing by configured AI providers. Google, AI providers, and other connected services have their own applicable terms. Ada runs on Hermes Agent by Nous Research and is independently operated; it is not affiliated with, endorsed, certified, or verified by Google.

Changes and contact

These terms may be updated as Ada changes. Material changes should be communicated to authorized users before they affect use. For access, authorization, or other questions, contact ada.lovelace.agent@gmail.com.
